Today I’ve been milling over 4 kg of wheat, the result: flour (type 1) to make bread, whole-grain coarse flour to make my zucchini bread and bisquits, semolina to dust & a lot of bran for the hens (they love it!).
This is my mill (and super tecnological sifter).
