Left to right: nocino wine (it’s made with the leftovers from the Nocino liqueur, two more steps and it will become an amazing syrup for mascarpone cream) and different stages of homemade liqueurs preparation: finished artichoke and uva fragola (concord grapes) liqueur. And liqueurs still infusing: quince (it will be ready for drinking in 2014…), tangerine (my great grandfather’s favourite recipe), and apple pip (front).
