We’re making preserves, we’re working on the last batch of apricots and the first of plums of the season.
This afternoon we made 8 kg apricot jam
And 7 bottles of plum juice (we just started!)
And this is just a tiny sample of the number of jars and bottles that were filling the kitchen this afternoon: preserves are not only yummy, they are beautiful too!
This year plum juice has a beautiful colour! Even better in the sunset light!
